The application process for 2024 is now live. Applications were due on 2/1/24, but we will continue accepting applications in certain media categories.

ART & CRAFTS EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

  • * We suggest copying and pasting your website address here so you include the exact link, including "http://," "www," etc.
    Pipe & Drape (black) booths are available for rent (limited quantities) for indoor/group tent spaces only. The tent company will assemble the booth for you prior to your arrival. Please note that if you are applying late, rentals may be sold out.
    If you are granted an oversized demonstration space, please be prepared to demonstrate throughout the event, when time allows, in between customers.

      *If you were accepted to a show in 2022 or 2023 and previous images continue to accurately represent your work, you DO NOT need to upload new images. A booth image is required for new applicants. If a booth shot is not available, please include a detailed description of your display. * FIVE images are preferred. * All display materials must be provided by exhibitors. Exhibitors should create a stand-alone store experience for visitors, and booths should be separated via tent walls, pipe/drape, wall panels, etc. * If having problems uploading images, please send images via email to ola@quailhollow.com.

    A non-refundable application and processing fee of $20 is required to complete your application.
