The application cycle for 2026 is live.
The application deadline for all shows except the DCCF Holiday Craft Fair was February 1. Applications submitted after this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis, as space becomes available within each media category.
Applications for the DCCF Holiday Craft Fair are due on June 1.
To apply to the Woodstock-New Paltz Art & Crafts Fairs and Handcrafted Octoberfest, a non-refundable application and processing fee of $30 is required to complete your application.
To apply to the DCCF Holiday Craft Fair, a non-refundable application and processing fee of $20 is required to complete your application. This application fee is waived for returning DCCF exhibitors, as well as for those who have already paid an application fee for another 2026 Quail Hollow Events show.
