Tre Caribbean Cuisine | New Paltz NY
Dalmain Grant may have a New Paltz address but his spirit and sole are clearly in his Jamaican heritage and culinary talents. He and his family serve up not just the traditional jerk chicken, (which is incredible), but a menu of authentic items you will not find in most Jamaican restaurants including oxtail stew, sautèed greens, pigeon peas, and saffron rice. Dalmain and company were a big hit last year and we are thrilled to have them back.

Brothers Joe & John O’Han are a well know staple in the Hudson Valley serving the best known staples at any festival, top quality hot dogs & hamburgers. A beautiful fine tuned quality operation, the O’han boys also have some excellent Mexican specialties-burritos and tacos.

Kevin Cielo comes to the fair with his made to order custom crepes for the first time this spring: main dish or dessert. His menu includes chicken Florentine, veggie cheese, chocolate nutella, strawberry or banana. Got a good feeling about this!

Alright , you have seen this item all over, but Brian Hart has the best. Just can’t stop eating this stuff: Served in all sizes. You can commonly see visitors carrying three foot long NASA rocket booster size take out bags to their cars.
